Shipping times typically range from 3-9 business days. Just like for every other business, we ship as soon as possible, and there maybe unavoidable delays, Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Please inquire for overseas shipping rates based on size, weight, and destination.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I want you to be delighted with your purchase and enjoy the custom photographs I offer. Each photo is custom printed exclusively for you, using fine art printing techniques. If you choose a frame and matte, those are also custom made for the photograph you selected. If you find there was a problem with printing, framing or damage in transit, please contact me through the contact page form here. I will do what is necessary to make it right. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on.
If you receive your print and it isn't at all what you expected, return it for a full refund. I am that confident that you will absolutely love the image you choose. I will ask why, so I can correct any problems for future customers. Otherwise, it's a "no questions asked" return policy. You have 14 days to decide, and if you don't like it, return it. I'll refund your money.
If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me though this link with your order number for further instructions.
